If it's been less than 7 days (168 hours), you may still download the file(s) in My Downloads. After 7 days, let us know by submitting a Support Ticket and we'll reset the file(s) in your account. Remember that the My Account section contains a complete list of all of the items that you've ever downloaded so we've both got a permanent record of all of your downloads to work with.
