Where is my order?


All orders are shipped within 48 hours except for special promotions and new course launches (not including weekends).

We ship by USPS First Class for all US orders and USPS International for international orders.

Domestic and International Tracking

You will receive an email with a tracking number (domestic only) once the item has shipped.  International orders are sent USPS International are not trackable. Canadian orders typically take 7-10 business days once shipped. Overseas orders typically take 3-4 weeks to deliver once shipped.

You can track your order inside your TrueFire's Account > Order History once the item has shipped.

Expedited Shipping
If you want expedited shipping you must call to arrange your order and shipping preferences: 800-222-3366 or 727-898-8866.

Missing Orders
If you order is not received after 30 days of shipment, we will re-ship your order. You can download the course at any time for immediate access from your accounts Download page.

Special Promotions and New Course Launches
If you are ordering during a large holiday sale or during the launch of a new course, it can take up to 7 days to ship out due to the high volume of orders.
