Any iOS in-app course purchase is done through iTunes Store. If you wish to cancel or refund a purchase made on the app, please submit your requests through iTunes.
Here are the step to submitting a refund for an iTunes App:
- Open iTunes.
- Click iTunes Store on the left side of the iTunes window.
- If you're not signed in to the store, click Sign In and enter your Apple ID and password.
- Click View Account.
- In the Account Information window, click Purchase History.
- Click on the Order that you want a refund
- Click Report Problem Twice
- Fill out Form
*Note Apple must submit your refund
