Cancel/refund from TrueFire iOS App purchase


Any iOS in-app course purchase is done through iTunes Store. If you wish to cancel or refund a purchase made on the app, please submit your requests through iTunes.

Here are the step to submitting a refund for an iTunes App:

  1. Open iTunes.
  2. Click iTunes Store on the left side of the iTunes window.
  3. If you're not signed in to the store, click Sign In and enter your Apple ID and password.
  4. Click View Account.
  5. In the Account Information window, click Purchase History.
  6. Click on the Order that you want a refund
  7. Click Report Problem Twice
  8. Fill out Form
  9. Submit

    *Note Apple must submit your refund
