During the download process of an individual video in the iPad app, if you receive a "Video Not Found" error, a few things could be occurring. In most cases, the download process was interrupted and the video was not able to fully download which is activating this error. 

If this message occurs, check a few thing. 

  1. Make sure you have enough storage on your iPad to accept the file.
  2. Connect with a good WiFi connection. Certain cellular contacts restrict the download of large files. Use a WiFi connection for optimal download success.
  3. Keep on the download screen, do not leave the course screen or allow your iPad to go into sleep/hibernation mode (see more below).
  4. Only download one video file at a time.

View with streaming access. All videos from purchased courses can be streamed online with WiFi or cellular connection. You can choose to stream the videos online rather than just downloading.

Prevent Hibernation Mode

If your iPad goes into hibernation/sleep mode it can stop the download process and a message "Video not found! If this continues please contact TrueFire" will appear.

To prevent this from occurring, do not CLOSE or TURN-OFF your iPad while the download is in process. You must remain on the download screen during the entire process. You should also extend the "Auto-Lock" feature on your iPad. This is located under Settings > General > Auto-Lock.

This setting only needs to be set to "never" during the download process to prevent hibernation. Once the files are downloaded, you can reset to your normal setting.

Depending on your current iOS, your Settings screen may look slightly different.

Downloading on Cellular Connection

If you are still receiving the Video not found! error, this could be due to restrictions set by your cellular provide. Please download with a WiFi connection.

The following courses have been removed from the iPad app for compatibility issues with the videos. They will be returned once the videos are converted for the iPad:
