Offline Mode: Download All for Offline (Desktop App)

The TrueFire Course Player Desktop app is designed for customers to download their purchased courses for offline access.

You do need to be connected to the internet to install the initial application and download your course for the first time.

How to Download Individual Videos

When working with a course, each time a video file is played for the first time, it will automatically download that video lesson plus any additional assets (charts, tabs, jams) to your computer. Sequential plays of that video will pull from your stored computer files to play.

When viewing the course table of contents, downloaded videos are highlighted a brighter white color.

Bulk download a full course

Go to Options > Storage Management to download an entire course at one time. Once the full courses is downloaded, all future plays of that course will pull from the local files on your computer. You do not need to be connected to the internet to play.

DOWNLOAD ALL - Download all the videos and assets to your computer.

If you've previously downloaded courses, you will need to re-download them again inside the Desktop App. Doing so ensures you have the most recent, up-to-date version of the course plus allows us to quickly push out new updates as needed. Learn more here.

MANAGE - allows you to view and/or manage the individual files on your computer.

NOTE! If you delete or remove the files from their downloaded location it will break the course in your player. But, you can always re-download the course again as needed.
