Network Service Not Available error


After installing the Desktop or In the Jam app, you are unable to login and are shown the message "Network Service Not Available" follow the steps below to resolve.

How to update

  1. Click on Start men
  2. Open Control Panel
  3. Select Internet Options
  4. Go to the Advanced Tab (**if are unsure of how to locate see below)
  5. Check use TSL 1.0
  6. Click OK
  7. Launch the Desktop App and Log In

Getting to step #4 by using Internet Explorer browser

  1. Open Internet Explorer, go to Tools - Internet Options - Advanced
  2. Scroll down to the Security section (at the bottom)
  3. Check "Use TLS 1.0" and (check also 1.1 and 1.2 if available)
  4. Click OK
  5. Launch the Desktop App and Log In

Even if you do not use Internet Explorer as your default browser on your computer, these steps are necessary to adjust the security settings on your computer to allow the program to run.
