If you have recently upgraded to Windows 10 and the video in the Desktop app shows only a green screen, please follow the steps below.
If the Desktop app is currently open, close the player.
Right-Click on the Desktop app icon on your desktop (the purple icon called TrueFire) and go to "Properties".
Under Properties, select the Compatibility mode tab. Check the box to "Run this program in compatibility mode for" and select Windows 7 in the drop-down.
Apply the option and re-launch the Desktop app.
