Desktop App/In the Jam no longer open after Adobe Air update

Adobe made an update to the Adobe Air program. This update requires the Desktop App and/or In the Jam app to be uninstalled and reinstalled to regain full functionality.

If the player does not open, you need to uninstall and re-install to fix. Please follow the standard uninstall procedure for your computer.

To re-install go to www.truefire.com/apps

If you are experiencing the following crash error, you need to upgrade to Adobe DC to resolve PLUS PDF Charts should now embed under the video screen.
